Clay Cafe is a Paint-Your-Own-Pottery studio located on Quinpool Road in Halifax.

Anyone can drop in and give it a try with no experience or appointment necessary. Our friendly staff will show you how to get started. We have over 300 shapes to choose from and our stock is always changing. Prices range from $5 -$45 (averaging $15-$25) and the cost of your piece includes your paints, materials, studio time, glazing and firing! Plates, mugs and bowls are all completely functional - food, microwave and dishwasher safe! We have stamps, stencils and pattern books to help you design your piece (or design your own). After you finish painting, your piece is fired in one of our kilns, and will be ready for pickup in usually 4-7 days.
